Testimonial video

Your clients, saying whatyou can't say yourself.

A claim from you is marketing. The same claim from a customer is evidence. That difference is the entire value of a testimonial film.

Most testimonial videos fail for one avoidable reason: they ask “what was it like working with us?” and get a polite answer that sounds exactly like a paid endorsement. We start somewhere less flattering — with the problem your client had before they called you.

That reframe changes everything. Your customer stops reviewing you and starts describing a situation, and if it's the same situation your prospect is sitting in right now, they lean in. The endorsement arrives on its own a minute later, and it lands, because by then it's the resolution to a story.

We'll also ask what they were worried might go wrong. It feels risky to leave that in. It's the most valuable thing in the edit, because it's the objection your next prospect already has.

Common questions

Things people ask us.

What if our client is nervous on camera?

Most people are, for about five minutes. Conversational interviews and questions sent ahead of time solve nearly all of it, and we shoot enough that nobody has to be perfect on the first answer.

How many testimonials should we film?

Three is a good starting point — enough to cover different customer types without every film sounding the same. Filming several in one trip is also the cheapest way to do it.

Can you film testimonials outside Charlotte?

Yes. We travel for shoots regularly and handle the logistics, crew, and gear.
