1. Who we are

West45 Media (“West45,” “we,” “us”) is a video production company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through west45.media, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have a question about it, email team@west45.media.

2. What we collect

• What you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, company, email, phone number, budget and a description of your project.
• When you book a call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. Calendly collects the name, email and answers you provide and shares them with us so we can prepare for the call.
• When you join our email list. We receive your email address.
• How you use the site. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how people find and use our site, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located, what device they use, and whether they contacted us. These tools use cookies and similar technology.

3. How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare proposals and do the work you hire us for.
• To send our email newsletter, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand which pages and ads bring people to the site, so we can improve it.
• To show our ads on Google, Facebook and Instagram to people who have visited our site.

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and our business: Netlify (website hosting and form handling), Calendly (scheduling), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), and our email provider. Each of them handles your information under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and your choices

• You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
• You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
• You can control the ads Meta shows you in your Facebook ad preferences.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you by emailing team@west45.media.

6. How long we keep it

We keep contact and project details for as long as we’re in touch or working together, and afterward as needed for our records, taxes and legal obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Keeping it safe

We use reputable services and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service can promise perfect security, so please don’t send sensitive information like passwords or payment card numbers through our forms.

8. Children

Our site is meant for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
